Day 1–10 Early Game Speedrun: From Zero to Automated Cashier

Master the opening week loop. Discover which booster packs yield fast inventory turnover, when to purchase license tiers, and how to hire Ben on Day 5 to automate register scanning.

Day 1–3: The Cash Flow Cycle

On Day 1, order 2 display boxes of Tetramon Basic ($80 each). Set retail price to Market + 15% ($5.75 per pack). Do NOT crack packs for singles yet—your sole objective is compounding cash to afford the Level 5 license.

Day 4–5: Hiring Cashier Ben

Reaching Shop Level 5 unlocks Ben ($45/day). Even though his scan speed is Slow (2.8s/item), having him take over register duty gives you 100% of the day to restock shelves, sweep floor dirt, and spray smelly customers before they cause walkouts.

Day 6–10: The First Glass Display Case

Once cash hits $1,200, buy 1 Glass Card Display ($450). Crack 4 packs of Tetramon Rare. Place any Silver or Gold cards worth over $10 in the display at +20% markup. This generates high-margin cash bumps without increasing employee restocking strain.

Ghost Foil Hunting Protocol: True Expected Pull Cost & Variance

Comprehensive empirical breakdown of Ghost card drop tables. Compare Tetramon 1/1,000 odds vs Destiny 1/500 odds and calculate real dollar cost basis.

The True Odds: Tetramon vs Destiny

Ghost cards replace the Slot 8 rare hit with a 0.001 probability in Tetramon packs and 0.002 in Destiny packs. In a standard 32-pack display box, you have approximately a 3.15% chance of finding a Ghost card in Tetramon and 6.20% in Destiny.

Dollar Cost Basis Calculation

At $2.50 wholesale per Tetramon Basic pack, cracking 1,000 packs to statistically secure a Ghost card costs $2,500. For Destiny packs ($5.00/pack wholesale), cracking 500 packs also costs exactly $2,500! Both sets are balanced around a $2,500 cost basis per Ghost card.

Foil vs Non-Foil Multipliers

Ghost Foils are the supreme holy grails of the game. If you pull a Ghost Foil, do NOT sell it raw. Even in Grade 8 condition, a graded Ghost slab yields $6,000+, and a PSA 10 gem mint slab will fetch $15,000+ to $45,000+ from endgame Whales.

PSA Grading Playbook: Protecting Margins on Mid-Tier vs High-End Slabs

Never waste fees on sub-$50 cards. Learn the statistical break-even threshold, grade probability distributions, and the Express vs Economy service decision rule.

The $60 Statistical Floor Rule

Grading is mathematically negative EV for cards worth under $60. Because Grades 1–6 degrade value below the raw market price, the expected profit surplus only turns positive once a card reaches $60 (for Economy) or $180 (for Regular).

Grade Distribution Truths

The in-game RNG assigns a 30% chance to Grade 8 and 20% to Grade 9. Grade 10 Gem Mint is fixed at ~9%. You must calculate your risk assuming you will land on Grade 8 (1.25x multiplier) most of the time.

When to Use Express ($50/card)

Only use Express Priority if the card raw value exceeds $500 (such as Full Art Legendaries and Ghost cards). The 24-hour instant morning delivery allows you to immediately flip the slab to a visiting Whale for thousands in liquid capital.

Zero-Walkout Hygiene: Automated Deodorizer Placement & Staff Speeds

Smelly customers repel clean shoppers and decimate your daily checkout volume. Learn how to place automated ceiling scent diffusers to cover 100% of your retail floor.

The Smelly Customer Aura

Approximately 16% of visiting customers spawn with green odor vapor. Any customer entering their 3-tile aura has a 40% probability of immediately abandoning their cart and walking out.

Ceiling Diffuser Grid Geometry

Automated ceiling deodorizers cost $250 once and $2.50/day in fragrance refills. Each unit covers a 6-tile radius circle (approx 36 floor tiles). In a standard 72-tile Room A, 2 centrally placed diffusers achieve 100% coverage.

Register Line Throughput

If checkout wait exceeds 25 seconds, customers walk out in frustration. Upgrade to Cashier Leo (1.2s scan) as soon as daily foot traffic crosses 100 shoppers, and keep your register within 3 tiles of the front entrance door.
